How to use this blog

Hey Parents,

I am glad you found this blog. I wanted to just take a quick moment and tell you about why we are doing this and how this will help you interact with us here at bcsm.

So this blog grew out of an obsession that we have here at bcsm and that is communication. We exist to support the mission of Bridgetown Church of Christ by equipping parents of teenagers and the partners of BCC to reach the teenagers in our community and help them take their next step towards Jesus. We believe that the best way to help teenagers is to help their parents engage with them on a spiritual level.

So that is what this blog is all about: sharing with you resources and information.

Every week we will post a blog that details the things we talked about in our Sunday Morning Session at bcsm, with some questions that could spark some discussion between you and your kid. This will also include our weekly readings for our Bible reading program that is the foundation of our curriculum.

We will periodically post information on upcoming events and resources that we think you should know about.

You can use this blog any way you like, but we would recommend that you put your email address in the box at the top of this page and subscribe. This will send every new blog post straight to your email, so you never have to worry about missing something. You could also add the RSS Feed to your RSS Feed reader or just visit this site periodically. There will be a link on bcsm's facebook page, BCC's facebook page and on the church's website if you can not remember the url (bcsm513.blogspot.com).
